Florida Fun

Joe had seen a flyer for an outdoor Benefit Pancake Breakfast and Art Show down at a park in New Smyrna so we took the motorcycle out for a ride.

Weather was perfect, a Bluegrass band was playing, people walking their dogs, kids running around & climbing trees - such a small-town atmosphere.   Just loved it!

These guys were really good and
fun to listen to

Old Fort Park is a beautiful park that
sits right on the Indian River

They also had a Farmers Market

Then last night, we couldn't decide where to go for dinner and decided to go find a place on the beach since it will be our last Saturday night near a beach for a while.

We drove along the beach and nothing seemed quite right until we found High Tides at Flagler Beach.  Good food -- shrimp with sweet chili sauce, crab salad wraps, cold beer -- and a great view.

Plus free entertainment on the beach!

I think these are called Powered Parachutes

This crazy guy flew so close to our window!

hanging onto a kite

Today really turned into one of those "accidental" interesting and fun days!
