I had packed a few "Florida" totes last season so a couple of days after Christmas we just loaded them in the truck, threw in a bunch of clothes, hooked up the bike trailer and headed for warmer winter weather.
We got here in time to dance the night away on New Year's Eve at the Crane Lakes Clubhouse. It was a great fun party and we got to see lots of friends we had made here last season.

Did I mention that it turned cold for a bit and we were unjustly blamed for bringing the cold weather from Kansas City (which was warmer than here for a couple of nights)? But now that yucky weather is gone and it will be in the beautiful mid-70s for the foreseeable forecast. That's the winter weather I love!
